The provision of services through the website of the company is carried out under the conditions described below and which the user fully and unconditionally accepts. Therefore, the visitor must read these terms carefully before using the services of the website and if he does not agree, he must not use the services and their content. The user is requested to check the content of the terms of use for possible changes. The continued use of www.kasmirhome.gr even after any changes means the unconditional acceptance of these terms by the visitor / user.

Conditions for returning products

  • Any product can be returned within 15 days from the time you received it. With the expiration of this period, the possibility of its return ceases to be valid.
  • The physical condition of the product you wish to return must not be altered during your trial use. The product must have all its tabs, its packaging must not have been damaged, it must not have been washed and used by you.
  • In our effort to protect the health of the consumer public, returns on products such as sleeping pillows, bathrobes, towels and bath mats are not accepted.

Product return procedure
In case your order includes a defective product or a product you have not selected and do not wish to keep, with zero shipping costs you can return it to us easily and quickly by following the simple steps below:

Make a brief description of the situation you are facing by letting us know if it is a defective product or an error in our shipping and if you would like a refund, item replacement or credit to your account. In case you want a refund, please indicate the bank numbers where the corresponding amount will be deposited a few days after receiving the refund.
  2. Whether it is an error of our shipment or a defective product, please send us photos of it, to better understand the situation.
  3. Carefully pack the product and include all the documents that accompanied it when you sent and received it.
  4. Take it to the nearest Courier Center station (if there is no specific one in your area we will suggest you one of the partners with the specific company that will be in your area) and request a shipment to Kasmir Home at the recipient’s expense in (8 Kallipoleos with Pantiri corner, Lagadas – PC 57200). You will not be charged any further shipping costs.

If you wish to return any product as you changed your mind or it is not as you expected, without necessarily showing minor damage, the steps you need to follow remain the same for the most part. Specifically:

Make a brief description of the situation you are in and indicate if you would like a refund, item replacement or credit balance to your account. In case you want a refund, please indicate the bank numbers where the corresponding amount of money will be deposited (of the net value of the product, without shipping costs) a few days after receiving the refund.
  2. Carefully pack the product and include all the documents that accompanied it when you sent and received it.
  3. Transfer it to any courier company or not, you wish. Ask for a shipment to be made at the headquarters of Kasmir Home (8 Kallipoleos with Pantiri corner – Lagadas, Thessaloniki) with the shipping costs being borne by the sender. In this case, you undertake the shipping costs according to the current price list of each transport company.

Ways to cancel a pending order

If you placed an order without receiving it and even changed your mind, using one of the following ways you can cancel it.

  • Cancel your order via email.
    You can cancel the order you placed in kasmir Home by sending an email to [email protected]. The email must contain the order code and the name you stated on it. Otherwise, we will not be able to know which order you are referring to. It is reminded that the order code is written in the registration confirmation email you received. You will most likely be asked for your order code and the name you stated on it. It is reminded that the order code is written in the registration confirmation email you received.

    From Monday – Saturday, you can order your favorite products through the call center (2394026150) of Kasmir Home. We will answer your call and we will try to gather all the necessary information for the fastest processing of your order.
  3. Visiting our physical store Kasmir Home in Lagada, Thessaloniki from Monday – Saturday, you can see up close the large collection of products. We will be especially happy to help you find the products you are looking for.
  4. By sending an email (Email)
    By using the e-mail, you can send us the code of the product you are interested in along with all the necessary information about your home, the way you want to buy and a contact phone number for the registration of your order. In the empty subject field of the email, you can add your first and last name.

Ways of receipt

By sending to the address you want via Courier.

The products you have selected can be sent to the address you want through the extended network of the Courier Center. For purchases over 50 euros, shipping costs are free. In purchases less than 50 euros you will be charged with 3 additional euros. Regardless of the total value of your order, you also have the option of paying the total amount by cash on delivery, in which case you will be charged 2.5 euros extra. Shipments of products are made Monday – Saturday and the estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days. In case you wish to receive your order sooner, please let us know through the comments of your order or by calling: 2394026150. We will make every effort to meet your request.

You can pick up the products you have selected through www.kasmirhome.gr by visiting our physical store Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday from 09: 00-14: 00 and Tuesday-Thursday-Friday from 09: 00-14: 00 and from 17: 00-21: 00, avoiding unwanted shipping costs. The repayment of your order can be done in cash as long as it does not exceed 499 euros. Alternatively, the payment can be made by bank deposit or pledge of your debit or credit card. If the receipt of your order is more convenient for you by visiting our site, you can choose the corresponding method of receipt in the stages of registration of your order. The products are committed on your behalf for 7 working days from the moment you receive the informative SMS or email stating that your order is ready! If you do not show up within this period and there is no further communication, your order is automatically canceled.

In case your order includes products with zero stock, the customer service department will try to contact you directly for the best management of the issue.

It is noted that at present orders to Cyprus are not possible.

COD is defined as the payment of the products at the time of their delivery, in cash and not in advance. For orders of 100 euros and above, you can pay the total value of your order with 3 maximum interest-free instalments, for 200 euros and above with 6 maximum interest-free instalments and for orders of 500 euros and above, 10-12 maximum interest-free instalments are available.

By deposit in a bank account
You can pay for your order by depositing the required funds in a physical bank branch or by electronic money transfer in one of the accounts of KasmirHome. In the field of reasoning, be sure to enter the code of your order.
Upon completion of the money transfer, it is required to send an informative email to which the money transfer receipt will be attached, stating the name and code of your order to pass, on our part, to the stage of immediate execution. If the money transfer does not take place and the 7 working days during which the products are pledged on your behalf pass, your order is automatically canceled. The payment of your order can be made by using cash when visiting and receiving the products from our store. If the total value of your order exceeds 499 euros, payment can only be made by bank deposit or commitment of the amount of your debit or credit card. The products are committed on your behalf for 7 working days from the moment you receive the informative SMS or email stating that your order is ready! If you do not show up within this period and there is no further communication, your order is automatically canceled.

Whichever method of payment you choose, make sure that after completing the registration of your order, you have received an informative SMS or Email confirming the registration. In case you do not find it, check for Spam. Probably ended up there. If you are unable to locate it, contact us immediately, as there is a possibility that your order was not successfully registered in our system.

Invoicing is equally possible by filling in the additional required fields.
